By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Orders may only be placed for delivery within the United States. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Our Products
PEPTYD sells topical cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always review the ingredient list before use, patch test if you have sensitive skin, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing or under medical care, consult a healthcare professional before using any new skincare product.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include any applicable charges displayed at checkout. Products may have limited availability, and we may limit quantities on any order. Descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Subscriptions
Where a product is offered on a recurring subscription, the discounted price and delivery frequency are shown before you order. Subscriptions continue until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time by emailing contact@peptydskincare.com before your next dispatch date.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Delivery times, rates and lost-package handling are set out in our Shipping Policy. Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, including opened products, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to keep product and site information accurate and current, but we are not responsible if information on this site is incomplete or out of date. Material on this site is provided for general information only.
Resolving Problems
If something goes wrong with your order, contact us first at contact@peptydskincare.com. We respond within 1–2 business days and aim to resolve every issue with a refund, replacement or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may reply to the same thread and ask for your case to be escalated for further review. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
