30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every PEPTYD order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use the product, give it a fair trial, and if you are not happy with the results, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Opened bottles are fine. Skincare has to be used to be judged, so we do not ask you to send back an untouched jar to qualify.
What Can Be Returned
- Opened and used products are eligible. You have the full 30 days from the delivery date to try a formula and decide
- Unopened products are equally eligible within the same 30-day window
- Bundles and multi-product sets can be returned as a whole for a full refund of the bundle price
- Requests received more than 30 days after delivery fall outside the guarantee and cannot be refunded
- Products bought from a third-party reseller must be returned to that seller, as we have no record of the order
Who Pays Return Shipping
PEPTYD pays. Where we ask you to send an item back, we email you a prepaid U.S. return label. Return shipping is never charged to you and is never deducted from your refund.
In many cases — particularly part-used bottles and damaged or incorrect items — we do not ask for the product back at all, and your refund is processed without any return shipment.
How to Start a Return
- 01Email contact@peptydskincare.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- 02We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and, where a return shipment is needed, a prepaid U.S. return label.
- 03Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different card, account or as store credit unless you ask for store credit instead
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
- Funds typically appear on your statement within another 3-5 business days, depending on your bank
- Standard U.S. shipping is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost. This sits outside the 30-day guarantee and there is nothing for you to return.

Conditions
- The guarantee covers one claim per customer per product
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted
- Returns are accepted on orders placed directly through this store
