Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
PEPTYD currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If a shipping address outside the U.S. is entered at checkout, the order cannot be completed.
All orders are dispatched from our U.S. fulfilment facility. Products are topical cosmetics intended for external use and are shipped in standard sealed retail packaging.

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum spend. Shipping is shown as $0.00 on the checkout page before payment, so you always see the full amount you will be charged before you confirm.
Processing & Delivery
- Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed
- Transit: standard U.S. delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates
Tracking, Delays & Lost Packages
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us.
If tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, or the carrier has marked your order delivered but you do not have it, email contact@peptydskincare.com with your order number. We will open a carrier trace and either reship your order or refund it in full. You are not left to deal with the carrier yourself.
Incorrect addresses: if you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch where possible. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are refunded in full once received back.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email contact@peptydskincare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
